All orders will take up to 1-7 business days of processing time for packaging (this does not include weekends or bank holidays) before they are shipped as all of our products are handmade to order. None of our slimes are mass produced.

Our processing times and delivery times may differ. Processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare, produce and pack the order ready for shipment on our end. Delivery time is the time it takes for the delivery company to ship the order once handed off. Processing times and delivery times may vary, depending on busy periods.

Delays in transit may occur due to postal errors, weather conditions or holidays. While we will always try to avoid or minimize delays, these conditions are out of our control.

Important: If you are ordering in time for a special occasion with a deadline in mind, please be sure to contact us at support@squishysquashyslime.com. As a small business, we will always do our best to accommodate deadlines but with limited resources and busy periods, we need to know upfront in order to be able to prioritize an urgent order. While we will do our best, we cannot always guarantee a specific delivery date as this is in the hands of our delivery partners, not us.

Shipping Time Frame:

• 1-16 business days for processing time + approx. 2-7 days for domestic shipping with Royal Mail

• 1-12 days of processing times + approx. 14-30 days for international shipping (outside the UK)

My package was marked as delivered, but is not here. What should I do?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, the carrier may have placed it in a safe location. Please check your mailbox, porch, garage, and neighbors.

We do not grant refunds or replacements for packages marked as 'delivered' with proof of delivery, we but can assist to locate it or to open a claim.

International Shipments

We currently ship internationally outside of the UK to most countries. Delivery shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment. Please be aware that international shipments take longer than domestic shipments. 

Customers are 100% responsible for any additional fees imposed by their respective countries during or after shipping (customs, duties, taxes, etc.). Please be sure to check with your local post office to find out the fees before placing an order.

How do I change my address after it’s been shipped out?

We are not responsible for the order being shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible to input the correct address and review it to ensure it is accurate. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error with the address on file.
